Mushroom with tofu

Ingredients:


200 grams oyster mushroom, sliced
250 grams tofu, cubed & fried
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 medium size onions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter or cooking oil
salt to taste

Procedure:

Heat the butter or cooking oil. Saute onions and garlic. Add oyster mushroom. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add the fried tofu. Add oyster sauce. Add salt to taste. Stir it well until the oyster sauce covered all the ingredients. Serve it with brown rice.
